Sale Manager

Function:

1.  Describe the four to eight most important categories of duties and responsibilities (normally referred to as essential functions) that make up the job. We would prefer this be placed on the back side of this form (Landscape). We would recommend the essential functions be placed in the left-hand column and the corresponding standard for that specific essential function be noted in the corresponding right-hand column.
2.    Standards should indicate acceptable quality and quantity of work, and they should indicate acceptable cost/revenue that will result when the essential function is done appropriately. 
3.    Standards should also indicate the acceptable timeliness of an essential function that has been done well. 

Demand:
1.    Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
2.    At lease 5 years sales experience in construction equipment 
3.    Previous sales experience with  international (western) companies will be an advantage
4.    Connections and experience in dealing with major infrastructure contractors in China preferred
5.    Good communication and presentation skills with customers
6.    Fluency in English (at least writing)
